Applied expertise of project management life cycle phases, to include Concept, Requirements determination, Planning, Design, Development, Production, Delivery and Closeout. Assist in tracking the Earned Value Management (EVM).

System Development and Software Maintenance

• Requirement analysis, system design, and web application development using software development lifecycle.  Configure, install, evaluate, customize and maintain software.
• Plan and perform software conversion of existing software applications from one language or system to another and/or from one hardware platform to another. Integration with legacy systems.
• Plan and perform IT security functions.  Conduct user training.

Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)

• Validate requirements, specifications, designs, products, integrated units and systems, documentation and implementations.
